We’re delighted to revisit the remarkable journey that was GroundMAQER Starter 2023! This event served as a pivotal platform to explore, discuss, and advance sustainable practices within the construction industry.
GroundMAQER Starter 2023 convened more than 140 participants – startups, investors, VCs, architects and Holcim employees – from all around Europe to drive sustainable transformation within construction. It fostered an environment of learning, collaboration, and innovation that will continue to resonate within the industry.
We started with a thought-provoking keynote about the human component in transformations, setting the tone for a follow-up engaging panel discussion. The event segued into six open roundtable discussions that delved into industry trends and crucial topics such as the circularity of construction demolition materials, smart and green supply chains, startup innovation and decarbonization.
But beyond the enriching discussions, the event served as a vibrant networking hub. Attendees forged connections, shared insights, and initiated collaborations that will continue to shape the future of sustainable construction.
