We invest at an early stage into companies where we can move the needle for growth. We offer market access, expertise and network to grow a partnership beyond a sole financial investment.

Venture clienting

With our successfully proven Venture Client approach, we bring startup innovation to every corner of our business. We fast-track startups’ connection to the Holcim Group to solve problems where they are most pressing. Through structured pilot projects with the Holcim business, startups get a chance to prove their solution and gain Holcim as a client.

Accelerator Program

A 6-month acceleration program fostering innovation in the construction space with technical and market expertise from Holcim and world-class corporate partners. Startups can join for free, we do not take equity as part of the accelerator program.
